Mr. Delivery Inc. (“Mr. Delivery”) has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to protecting our individual users' personally identifiable information that such users provide to us or that we collect and/or receive in connection with such users’ use of our website, www.mrdelivery.com or our mobile site (such sites, collectively, the “Site”), and our mobile applications (the “mrdelivery.com Apps”).
This information is used to (and shared with participating merchants and our third party services providers to) process and complete the orders placed with the participating merchants. This information is also used to (and shared with participating merchants and our third party services providers to) contact users for administrative, customer service, fraud detection or similar purposes. In addition, this information is used to (and shared with participating merchants and our third party services providers as needed to) communicate with the users, to enhance their experience at and improve the mrdelivery.com products and services and to improve the functionality and content of the Site and the mrdelivery.com Apps including, without limitation, by showing the content that we think the user might be interested in. In doing so, we may share that information with third party services providers so that they may provide analytics services and/or display ads that we think might be of interest to you on the Site and/or other websites. Lastly, this information may be used as agreed to by the user. Please note that, as of the latest update of this privacy policy, the Site does not currently take actions to respond to “Do Not Track” signals in browsers.
We may disclose any information we receive or collect in connection with our users’ use of the Site and/or the mrdelivery.com Apps to the extent that we determine in good faith to be required by any applicable laws, rules or regulations or order or in enforcement of our rights or property or the defense of claims. Without limiting the foregoing and in addition thereto, we may transfer your information to another company if we are acquired by or merged with another company, if any of our assets or business are acquired by another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding.
The users' e-mail address may be used to (and shared with our third party services providers as needed to) convey newsletters and updates regarding the Site and/or the mrdelivery.com Apps, our participating merchants, specials or features or services offered or made available on or using the Site and/or the mrdelivery.com Apps. When logged in, users have the ability to edit their "email notification" preferences in their account or unsubscribe altogether. Alternatively, users may click the "unsubscribe" link contained in our email messages.
Please note that the Site and the mrdelivery.com Apps are not designed to be used by or collect any personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of majority.
The Site and the mrdelivery.com Apps automatically receive and store users' IP addresses, cookie information and statistical information about the users' online experience, preferences, shopping cart content and the pages they request. In addition, our third party ad networks and other third party service providers, over time and across different websites, collect IP address, browser type, hardware model and unique device identifier as well as information about users’ activities online when they use the Site. Although non-personally identifiable, we may use such received and collected information, disclose it to and share it with our third parties services providers for the same purpose as set out above.
The Site and the mrdelivery.com Apps may from time to time display call-to-action buttons and/or include links to websites that are not owned or operated by us. We are not responsible for, do not endorse and have not reviewed the privacy practices of such buttons, websites, their owners or operators.
The laws of your state of residence may give you the right to request certain information from us. To request a copy of such information, please contact us by clicking on the link provided below and include your name, state of residence and specific information requested.
Mr. Delivery may modify this privacy policy from time to time upon written notice or posting to the Site. It is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically. You agree that your access to or use of the Site or the mrdelivery.com Apps after such notice or posting implies your acknowledgement and agreement to the modification and this privacy policy.

General Conditions
By simply placing an order, each customer implicitly and fully complies with the present general conditions. With the goal of satisfying the customer, we may modify the following sales conditions as well as its product range. Customers will be notified of any changes via our webpage.
1. Products and Services
When a customer places an order by phone or online, the customer agrees with the placement of the order once it has been submitted. No objections regarding the quantity will be accepted after the delivery driver has made the delivery. The order can neither be exchanged nor taken back to the restaurant once it has been received. We decline all responsibility if the products are not consumed immediately or if they are delivered outside the indicated delivery time. The timeframe is only given as an estimate and subject to delays due to inclement weather or traffic delays. In case the customer is absent at the time of delivery, we will be obliged to charge the delivery fee twice for a return trip.
We carefully selects the quality offered by each of its partner restaurants in terms of preparation.
We must be immediately informed of any disputes regarding the quality of the meals delivered. In such cases, the disputed dishes can be returned to usin full in exchange for another meal delivered by us.
2. Orders and delivery
We can take your orders as long as the selected restaurant is open.
The orders are delivered directly to the specified addresses in the shortest possible time.We cannot be held responsible for any errors or late delivery in the event the information given by the customer is incomplete or inaccurate. We therefore recommend you check the accuracy of your contact details prior to submitting your order.
We cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failed attempt to deliver if the delivery driver cannot access the premises.
Any additional orders requiring an extra delivery will incur supplementary delivery charges.
3. Sales Products
The menu items and prices are subject to change. The prices listed do not include sales tax and will be applied to your total.
4. Payment
There are four methods of payment:
a. Cash payment upon delivery. For security reasons, our delivery drivers only carry a small amount of change.
b. Credit card payment over the phone or Internet.
We offer you the possibility of paying your order by credit card (Mastercard, Visa). Any rejection of the credit card by the banking institution may lead to the cancellation of the order or the collection of the amount owed by the customer in cash upon delivery. For security reasons, we ask that the credit card be presented upon delivery of the meal.
c. Check
We offer you the possibility of paying your order by a personal or company check. You will need your name, address, phone number and drivers license on the check and may be asked to show your identification upon delivery to for security reasons.
d. Gift Certificate
Gift certificate purchased on our site can be redeemed on the phone or on the website . You can use the gift certificate for your meal, delivery fees, or driver gratuities. Gift certificates from partner-restaurants are not valid with us and can only be used at the restaurant.
